Costa Calida Property Care have many years experience gained both in the UK and Spain, looking after a number of properties owned by second-home owners.  Having relocated 18 years ago to Los Alcazares in the Mar Menor area of Murcia, we bring with us a wealth of experience in property care, rentals and key holding for owners who want peace of mind that a reputable, trustworthy, fully legal and insured company is checking and maintaining their property throughout the year in their absence.

We will be your point of contact overseeing the security, maintenance of your property and will keep you regularly informed and reassured by telephone or email. 

If your property is empty awaiting a sale, or it is your second-home, we will look after your investment for you to ensure its condition is kept in prime condition. Also, having a property visited on a regular basis, at different times of the day could deter unwanted intruders.

Keyholding Service is just €300 per annum which is much more than a basic visual check

• Monthly thorough inspection of exterior and interior of property    
• Pest and vermin check plus recommended action    
• Ensure all security services and equipment are operational    
• Check all sanitary equipment and plumbing    
• Check properties after adverse weather (storms, flooding etc) for peace of mind
• Test lights and electrical equipment  
• Test water supply

Basic service can be paid by  bank transfer, cash or credit card via PayPal

• Owner arrival property preparation
• Attend call out eg tradesmen & deliveries
• Car care - checking water, turning engine over etc
• Garden Maintenance

We have reliable tradesmen; locksmiths, plumbers, electricians, etc who will respond quickly should an emergency occur.
