Financial structure - Start Co-Owning Today

The rental income generated by the company will be offset with the costs associated with the company and the cost for the use and maintenance of the property (e.g. utility cost, insurance, maintenance costs, annual real estate tax and corporate income tax).

To ensure that owners are always protected against unpaid bills of other owners, the following rule applies: if an owner fails to meet their obligations and has unpaid bills of €2,000 or more, the owner will lose their usage right and their allocated stay periods will be rented out, until the debt has been paid.

Rental & income distribution

Owners can rent out unused days or weeks or exchange them with co-owners. They receive rental income from the rental pool pro-rata of their unused weeks.

From the rental income obtained, a deduction of 20% applies for maintenance, taxes, and property management. When the property is rented out, the cleaning costs are covered by the tenants.
