Costa Calida Property Care have many years experience gained in the Lake District area of the UK, looking after a number of properties owned by second-home owners.  Having relocated 11 years ago to Los Alcazares in the Mar Menor area of Murcia, we bring with us a wealth of experience in property care, rentals and keyholding for owners who want peace of mind that a reputable, trustworthy company is checking and maintaining their property at Roda Golf Resort throughout the year in their absence.

We will be your point of contact overseeing the security, maintenance and cleaning of your property at Roda Golf and will keep you regularly informed and reassured by telephone or email.

Holiday Rental Properties

If you rent your property at Roda Golf Resort out to holidaymakers we can also accommodate the following holiday services -  meet and greets, holiday cleans including laundry service (from €75 for a 2 bed property), welcome packs and post-holiday reports prior to return of security deposits etc, just ask us how we can make your holiday rental business run efficiently and smoothly.  

If your property is empty awaiting a sale, or it is your second-home, we will look after your investment for you to ensure its condition is kept in prime condition. Also, having a property visited on a regular basis, at different times of the day, could deter unwanted intruders. We live and work at Roda Golf Resort so can be at your property within minutes.

Basic Service from €295 plus IVA per annum

• Monthly visual inspection of exterior and interior of property    
• Pest and vermin check plus recommended action    
• Ensure all security services and equipment are operational    
• Check all sanitary equipment and plumbing    
• Test lights and electrical equipment    
• Check for attempted forced entry

Additional Services we can offer include:

• Owner arrival property preparation
• Attend call out eg tradesmen & deliveries
• Collect mail from post box and forwarding (if required)
• Car care - checking water, turning engine over etc

We have reliable tradesmen; locksmiths, plumbers, electricians, etc who will respond quickly should an emergency occur. For example we check all our properties after adverse weather (storms, flooding etc) for our own peace of mind.
