Costa Calida Property Care have many years experience initially gained in the Lake District area of the UK looking after a number of properties owned by second-home owners. Having relocated 18 years ago to Los Alcazares in the Mar Menor area of Murcia, we bring with us a wealth of experience in property care, rentals and keyholding for owners who want peace of mind that a reputable, trustworthy company is checking and maintaining their property at Roda Golf Resort throughout the year in their absence.
We will be your point of contact overseeing the security, maintenance of your property at Roda Golf and will keep you regularly informed and reassured by telephone or email.
If your property is empty awaiting a sale, or it is your second-home, we will look after your investment for you to ensure its condition is kept in prime condition. Also, having a property visited on a regular basis, at different times of the day, could deter unwanted intruders. We live and work at Roda Golf Resort so can be at your property within minutes.
Keyholding Service €300 per annum
- Regular visual inspection of exterior and interior of property
- Pest and vermin check plus recommended action
- Ensure all security services and equipment are operational
- Check all sanitary equipment and plumbing
- Test lights and electrical equipment
- Check for attempted forced entry
- Test water supply
- Test gas boiler functionality

- Collect mail from post box and forwarding (if required)
