Costa Calida Property Care and management have many years experience gained in the Lake District area of the UK, looking after a number of properties owned by second-home owners.  Having relocated 9 years ago to Los Alcazares in the Mar Menor area of Murcia, we bring with us a wealth of experience in property care, rentals and keyholding for owners who want peace of mind that a reputable, trustworthy company is checking and maintaining their property throughout the year in their absence.

We will be your point of contact overseeing the security, maintenance and cleaning of your property and will keep you regularly informed and reassured by telephone or email.

Holiday Rental Properties

If you rent your property out to holidaymakers we can also accommodate the following holiday services -  meet and greets, holiday cleans, laundry service, welcome packs and post-holiday reports prior to reminbursement of security deposits etc, just ask us how we can make your holiday rental business efficently and smoothly.  

If your property is empty awaiting a sale, or it is your second-home, we will look after your investment for you to ensure its condition is kept in prime condition. Also, having a property visited on a regular basis, at different times of the day, could deter unwanted intruders.

Basic Service from €250 per annum

• Monthly visual inspection of exterior and interior of property    
• Pest and vermin check plus recommended action    
• Ensure all security services and equipment are operational    
• Check all sanitary equipment and plumbing    
• Test lights and electrical equipment    
• Water all house and balcony/patio plants

• Owner arrival property preparation

• Collect mail from post bos and forwarding (if required)

We have reliable tradesmen; locksmiths, plumbers, electricians, etc who will respond quickly should an emergency occur. For example we check all our properties after adverse weather (storms, flooding etc) for our own peace of mind.
